Body, Brain & Baby with Molly McDonald

This series will explore:
- Your baby’s transition from womb-to-world as it relates to feeding, comfort, sleep, development
- Soothing Secrets
- Movement (your body as well as your baby)
- Touch (through massage and play)
- Tummy Time! (TM) techniques — help your baby fall in love with Tummy Time!
You will leave each class feeling balanced, relaxed, and filled with tips to make this transition into parenthood enjoyable and comfortable for you and your baby as you move from survival to thriving! As the series is designed to create community, and the curriculum is flexible enough to address specific concerns, attending repeated series is encouraged until your baby is on the move!
Body Bar Bump with Nicole Simmons

Body Bar Bump is a belly friend class designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. This class exclusively focuses on pregnant moms! Pregnancy is the perfect time to commit to health; and exercise is an important component to well-being for pregnant women and new moms. According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), exercise is just as important during pregnancy as any other time of life.We want to focus on exercises that are safe and appropriate for your changing body! Come join a small class size meant to create lasting bonds with other new moms!
