Created at the Bloomington Body Bar, Synergy Row is a special format using Indo-Row® in 5-6 minute intervals of endurance rowing mixed with mind-body strength and balance training. A 60-minute class offering you the maximum calorie burn and metabolism boost, it’s zen and intense, all in one.
This one-hour class incorporates principles of Tabata training into the Indo-Row format. Tabata training, developed and researched by Dr. Izumi Tabata in Japan, combines 20-second intervals of maximal effort with 10-second rest periods. The result is an interval workout that increases skeletal muscle capacity and improves both aerobic and anaerobic metabolism. The class includes a progression of Tabata-inspired rowing and strength training intervals, culminating with true Tabata set that will leave you breathless but invigorated.

30 minutes of rowing on the amazing waterrower for cardio, full body strength, and calorie burn followed by 30 minutes of athletic vinyasa flow to open the hips, balance the body, and still the mind.
